Dps List

A DPS listing of weapons in Battleships Forever, based on the stats in the Weapons and Modules Guide. It is recommended for new players to read the Weapons and Modules Guide before reading this list.

What is DPS?

DPS is damage per second, and is the simplest indicator of how much damage a weapon does compared to other weapons. While DPS is an important attribute, there are many other factors which contribute to a weapon's effectiveness, like its accuracy or interceptability. For instance, beam weapons generally have a much lower DPS than projectile weapons of a similar range, but beams cannot be shot down by point defenses, balancing it out.
